Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
ZipSheets will gladly accept returns as long as the product is new, unwashed, unused, in the original packaging and the customer pays the return shipping. When you receive your new ZipSheets, try them on the bed but do not launder them or sleep in them until you are sure you want to keep them. If an item is returned and does not meet these conditions, you may need to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as the return shipping.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or color, you may send the sheets back for an exchange as long as they are new, unwashed, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping.
As long as the return meets the conditions described above, ZipSheets will issue a full refund of the product price excluding any shipping paid.
If the ZipSheets are damaged in the shipping process, please notify us immediately for replacement. We do need to see documentation before shipping out another set.
If items have been purchased through a specialty retailer such as Wayfair or Amazon, returns must be initiated through that seller.
